Josh Williams - Owner

Josh is the Owner and face of AutoDreams. Josh has a lengthy professional background within the car business; spanning back to 1999. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2002, Josh held professional corporate positions in auto finance, auto marketing/advertising, and relationship management. Josh and his Wife, Rachel, moved here from Wisconsin in 2008, after being transferred by his auto finance employer at the time. Josh used to visit hundreds of car dealers throughout the United States and consulted with them on various different levels. After many years of traveling and working in Corporate America, Josh and his family got the crazy idea that they could start a pre-owned independent auto dealership. After witnessing years of how not to operate an auto dealership, Josh wanted to offer an alternative car-buying experience within the marketplace. Josh also liked the idea of not being away from his family for days/weeks at a time. With this, AutoDreams was born in June of 2013 and has been steadily growing ever since! Josh truly has a passion for, and enjoys helping people obtain ownership of the vehicle of their choice. By following the "Golden Rule" and doing the right thing for his customers, Josh has established a remarkable reputation within the marketplace and continues to build the business he and his family started. Josh and his family, including his two young sons, reside in Lee's Summit, MO. Josh knows that without the help of his family behind the scenes, starting and maintaining AutoDreams would simply not be possible. When not working, Josh and his family enjoy spending time together playing sports, and enjoying as many outdoor and family-related activities as possible.
